When can I make a claim?

Claims can be made for eligible purchased between 1st May 2018 and 30th June 2018. All Claims must be received on or before by 11:59PM AEST on 27th July 2018.

How do I claim my money back?

Visit follow the prompts to the claim form, input the requested details, including unique serial numbers of the product subject of the eligible purchase and upload a photo or scanned copy purchase receipt for the Qualifying Transaction and submit the fully completed claim form.

What Proof of Purchase do I need to provide?

You must provide an itemised purchase receipt. The receipt must clearly show the participating product purchased, the receipt number, the name and address of the participating retailer or dealer store where the product was purchased, and the date and time the purchase was made.

How will I receive my money back?

Online Claims can nominate to receive the Cash Back to be paid into an Australian bank account or sent in the form of a cheque.

How long will it take to receive my money back?

Once you have submitted your claim please allow up to 28 days for validation and payment to be processed.

How many times can I claim a cash back?

Claims are limited to one (1) claim only per eligible product per eligible claimant.
